Taking Shape Beneath the Shenandoah Sky

Construction Update

Every day, The Shenandoah is taking shape. We're now roughly a third of the way through the construction process, with land clearing and most infrastructure work complete, utilities being installed, and four buildings rising from the ground: Arrivals, Spa, Meetings, and Back of House. Foundations have been excavated for the remaining buildings, and the contours of the resort are becoming visible across the landscape.

Through it all, the Shenandoah sky has been putting on quite a show. From dramatic sunsets and passing storms to the Seven Sisters that helped inspire our identity, the sky reminds us to keep our eyes on the horizon and find beauty in the journey. These photographs capture a moment in our progress, celebrating the work beneath our feet, the people bringing this place to life, and the possibilities ahead.
